We are a nuclear family 4 adults and a baby. 3 out of 4 adults are working from home i.e. me, my husband and my sister inlaw. My mother inlaw is a homemaker and cares for the baby mostly. But we need a nanny to assist with the baby as the baby is growing energetic and its not easy for an aged woman to manage every chores alongwith baby.
