We are a family of 3, including our 15 months old daughter. Both my wife and I are working, and hence need a nanny to take care of our child when we are busy with work. Either my wife or I will be present at home at all times, the nanny will never be alone with the child. The nanny should be able to actively engage the child, take care of her needs, and run around with her ad required!
